Program for the 2 Nights Merzouga Camel Trekking

Day 1 afternoon: Camel ride – Arsoss Erg Chebbi Desert – Merzouga Desert Camping – Magic starry night :

Morocco Sahara camel trip and overnight into desert nomadic camp starts daily evening from a guest house in Merzouga village. you will find your camel and camel guide are waiting. you will be on the camel for 1h30min enjoying the landscape of Erg Chebbi golden huge sand dunes. This is your opportunity to feel like caravan traders or nomads transportation.

Before you will reach our Desert Camp you will make a stop to walk on sand and climb high dune to watch one the most wonderful sunset in the world. Then go down to the Desert camp and you will be welcomed by Moroccan mint tea. The camp is equipped with beds. mattresses. blankets. Berber traditional food and everything else you will need for the night. After a tasty Moroccan Tagine you will gather around a campfire and listen to traditional Berber music played by local Berber guides. you have a chance as well to participate. Then you will be free for a romantic walk one sand dunes under billion stars and shooting stars as well. then go to bed.

Day 2 full day: Sunrise -Visit nomad familly – Visit Oasis and climb highest dune

You will be woken up by guides early morning to hike dune to watch beautiful sunrise. and enjoy orange view of sand. Traditional breakfast in the camp. Ride the camels going to black desert. ( black volcanic rocks ) where nomads are living in there woolen tent. You will get to know a Berber nomadic family, Lunch in the desert with nomads you will see how to make a Berber Pizza , and you will have it for lunch. After amazing time with local nomads, you will ride the camels back to the sand desert and Berber camp. Before sunset you walk on soft sand to see the oasis with palm trees. Moreover to climb the highest dune in th area .diner and music at the camp.

Day 03 Morning : Wonderful Desert Sunrise -Camel trekking – Back to Merzouga town

he day starts before sunrise. You will be woken up by guides early in the morning to hike the dune to watch the beautiful magic sunrise. The dunes are very orange with sunshine. ( Breakfast and shower in the camp if you choose our luxury camp ) the the camels will transfer you back to guest house where you will have Moroccan breakfast; Coffee , Tea, Olive oil, bread, Eggs, Jame, Butter, Cakes, Orange juice, and more, this is the end of your adventure Merzouga Camel trekking tour for 2 nights Berber camp with us and we hope you will enjoy and have fun.

Simple standard nomadic desert camp is a group black tents, you will have your private tent and shared restroom. In the morning you will have breakfast and shower in our guest house after you ride camels back from desert.

Sahara desert luxury camp is a group of white tents. You will have private more decorated tent and private toilet and shower with hot water, The food is well orgnised and diversed . In the morning you will have breakfast at the camp before you ride camels back .
